Photonimages.net is a website where photographers sell (license) photos on a royalty-free basis for use by publishers of books, catalogs, calendars, guides, websites, advertisement, or any other media. Both photographers (contributors of images) and buyers of images can become Members of the Website. Unless otherwise noted, these two types of Members are refered to as Photographers and Image Buyers.

We provide this Website to make Photographers` image files available for sale. Photonimages.net hosts digital images – we do not own them. Our members, the Photographers, retain the ownership and copyrights of all their images. Photonimages.net markets itself to Image Buyers with no additional cost to Photographers. Photonimages.net acts as the processor of the payments for image licenses and maintains records of all sales. Proceeds for the sales are paid to Photographers in accordance to terms outlined in the Payments section of this document.

Photonimages.net does not guarantee that the website will be working without interruptions, errors, unauthorized programme codes or other harmfull components. The client must take care of his own protection against possible risks while using our website.

Content

Photonimages.net reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access the Website or continuing to use the Website and/or images after such a change, the Customer declares his consent to the modified Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the Customer shall be responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions regularly.

We also reserve the right to remove any approved Image at any time if We believe it`s defective, of poor quality or infringe on any right. Serious copyright infringement issues such as uploading Images found on other stock photography sites result in the termination of this Agreement, the termination of your membership, and possible criminal prosecution. Photon.net reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit the uploaded images and the posted user content (tags, keywords, reviews, and posted comments).

Provision

Photonimages.net agrees to pay photographer a portion of the fees collected in regards to sales of digital images submitted to Photonimages.net website by Photographer. The portion of the fees due to photographer is defined as the commission rate, which is set as a percentage of the sale price of each image that has been sold provided the sale was not nullified or refunded for any reason. The rate schedule is as follows: standard license purchase yields 30% commission. Photographer acknowledges that the rate is subject to change in the sole discretion of Photonimages.net. In the event of the rate change, we will provide a notice in advance by posting such changes on the Website and inform you via e-mail. Payouts are delivered on your mank account or your Moneybookers account whenever your earnings exceed your minimum payment amount. Minimum payment options start at 50€. Any sales proceeds not reaching the minimum will be retained until they exceed such minimum, or the Photographer`s account expires, whichever comes first. In the event the Photographer`s account expires with the balance lower than 5,00€, the balance will be forfeited.

You agree that all passwords to your Photonimages.net account are to be held in the strictest of confidence. You may not share or disclose any password or log in information to any other user or third party other than as specifically provided for herein.

By submitting any digital image files through this website, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control the legal rights necessary to sell these digital images. Any violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of your account. By submitting digital image files to Photonimages.net website you are authorizing Photonimages.net, its employees and affiliates, to store, resize, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, transfer, access these files on the Photonimages.net website and any computer systems owned or rented by Photonimages.net for any purposes we in our sole discretion, find necessary, which include but not limited to, normal website operation, automatic or manual image manipulations such as resizing for internet viewing, cropping, annotations, and watermark stamping. Additionally, by submitting any digital image files to the website, you are granting Photonimages.net the right to sell your image files on Your behalf on the royalty-free basis and granting the buyer of image files the rights to use them.

Submission of pornographic or offensive images is strictly forbidden. We allow tasteful erotic photography, and our decision on whether any particular image is of the erotic or pornographic nature will be sole and final. We reserve the right to remove any image that we at our sole discretion, find offensive, violating the terms of this agreement or submission guidelines, or inappropriate in any other way. Photonimages.net incorporates the strong and moderate adult content filtering technology that can automatically block display of your images to members who chose to utilize this technology while accessing the website.

Personal data provided by each member Photonimages.net will be used only in connection with services provided on this website and will not be given to others. We use your personal data for statistical reports and for the purpose to make improvements to the website and service.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Photonimages.net, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Photonimages.net relating to the subject of this agreement. The explanations to faq`s and other explanations and content provided in Photonimages.net website are for your information only and are not, and shall not be construed as, part of this agreement.

Royalty-Free Pricing

Royalty-free pricing model is based on the size of the photo a buyer needs and its artistic and technical qualities, not the specific use. Buyer does not have to pay any additional fees on any subsequent usage of the photo and can use the photo for any projects. By selling a royalty-free photo, a photographer permits a buyer unlimited use of the photo, including any photo alterations such as, but not limited to cropping, color alterations, etc. Photographer remains a copyright owner of the photo.

novi su u tome i možda se još nisu profilirali, ali vredi ih pratiti i eventualno se uključiti sa nekim odabirom slika. Moramo nešto i zaraditi, ali prije svega napraviti dobre art slike; nikad neznaš tko se priljepi na stranicu ( neki potencijalni kupac i ljubitelj umjetnosti)
